Orders
We will use your personal data to send ensure our customer’s orders are processed efficiently and effectively. We will retain your data for:
- Managing your order payments
- Sending you email/text notifications of the delivery status of your order
- Retaining your personal data to handle customer complaints

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you get in contact with us using our online contact form, we will collect the data from the contact from and also the visitors IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Service Request forms
If you submit a service request form we will collect all the data from the form and set a cookie that will be stored for 30 minutes to help prevent spam submission. The cookie will be deleted after 30 mins.
Embedded content from other websites

How long do we store your data?
The time limit for data storage is 5 years.
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your Rights
As detailed by the Data Protection Commission in Ireland, those whose data is processed MTT have:
A Right to Access
A right to access a copy of any of your personal data that is being processed by MTT.
A Right to be Informed
A right to be informed of any data that is being processed about you by MTT.
A Right to Rectification
We will be happy to amend any personal data if it is incorrect.
A right to Erasure
A right to Erasure declares that the individual who is having their data withheld can request the data be deleted without undue delay. Upon receiving a request to have an individual’s data deleted, MTT will process it.
If you have made any orders with the Company, we will be required to keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for inspection by the Irish Revenue service. In this case, we would store transactional data for up to five years, so long as we have expired a period of redemption requested by the Revenue service.

We take data protection very seriously, and therefore, we have a dedicated data protection officer to handle your requests about storage, usage, amendments, and erasure of personal data. You can email our data controller with any requests you have.
